Mounting the Soundboard Rosette Levels
Detail of glueing the paper separator
This shows a detail of how the paper separator between level 3 and level 2 was glued in place. Clothes pegs were tapered at their ends and cut off blunt to use as small clamps. The business ends of each peg was dipped in molten paraffin wax so that the peg itself did not become glued to the paper and parchment.
