Dr Johnny's consulting room.

This tiny room, with only one window for ventilation, is where Dr Johnny saw patients.  As he says:  "One window is no windows when it comes to getting a draft and ventilation in here!"

The room is directly below the un-insulated leaking roof with the tropical sun (or the tropical rains) beating down on it.  The bare-wired light bulb dangles from an un-used fluorescent fitting.
