Advantages

1. Fulfils all of the general requirements except for the ability to deal with large numbers of patients during mass clinics.
2. Separates the maternity from the infectious diseases wards.
3. Maternity beds have a degree of privacy from one another.
4. There is a large amount of storage area.

Disadvantages

1. Consultation and clinical areas are quite small.
2. The delivery rooms are small, but (barely) adequate.
3. The internal corridor is a waste of space and reduces the size of the clinical areas.
4. There is some wasted space in the Pharmacy and Registration areas.
