Lighting fixutres

A typical lighting fixture in the Male Ward.

A light bulb and socket dangle out of a dead fluorescent lighting fixture.  In most cases there were bare wires exposed and capable of delivering a 240v shock.  All of the wiring is of an old-fashioned 2-wire unearthed system installed many years ago when the clinic was first opened.
