The condition of the roof of Kakumbi clinic.

This shows the roof of the secondary clinic building.  It has fewer problems but is a patchwork of repairs and new and old materials and the whole thing needs to be replaced.  This part of the clinic has ceilings in each of the rooms and bats and rats have made the space above the ceiling their home, covering the whole of the ceiling area with their faeces.
